1. Digital Content & Course Access
  • Final Sale: Once a user has logged into the student portal or accessed any course materials, the product is considered "consumed," and no refunds will be issued.

  • Pre-Access Refunds: If you have purchased a course but have not yet logged in or accessed any modules, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

2. Refund Request Process
  • Submission: All refund requests must be sent via email to [Your Business Email].

  • Information Required: Please include your full name, the email address used for purchase, and your order number.

  • Verification: Our team will verify through our system logs that the digital content has not been accessed prior to approving any refund.

3. Processing and Timelines
  • Approval: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Payment Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment via Stripe.

  • Bank Processing: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

4. Chargebacks
  • We encourage students to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Elevate Logic Labs LLC keeps detailed logs of student access to protect against fraudulent chargeback claims.
